Types of Information We Collect and How We Use It:
OCAF collects personal information when you make an on-line donation or purchase from our on-line “store”. This information can include name, email address, home or work address and credit card billing information which you voluntarily submit to process your donation/purchase. While on the website, you can give us your permission to send you our on-line newsletter, notices of events and/or items of general interest by clicking on our “join our mailing list” button.
OCAF does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties. We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, performing statistical analysis of our services or providing technical support. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
OCAF may access or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or investigation on a public safety matter.

If you wish to stop the delivery of emails from OCAF, you can respond directly to any email you receive with a request to remove you from the mailing list.
